I'm very glad that I found this place! They have an amazing selection of everything pet-owners need but I go specifically for their chew selection for my two dogs. The prices are so much more affordable than other pet stores and it is a great one-stop shop.
Regarding cons; I was a little disappointed in my first-time visit today. The young man who was watching the shop ignored us when we greeted him and did not even smile. This didn't leave a great first impression. The second con is that once home, I checked the receipt and realized that we were charged incorrectly. I understand that mistakes happen and it is a little more difficult since we bought a lot of chews and some of them are unlabeled, but this was a bummer.
I am still going to give them a 5 star rating because at the end of the day, they have everything that we, as pet owners, needed and at affordable prices. I may have come in on a bad day for this young man, I don't know his story but what I do know is that both of my dogs are very happy with their chews for the week.
