Bath & Body Works — Local services in Belton

I normally do not write reviews, HOWEVER, Customer Service is lacking at this location. We were never greeted by an associate, even though there were 2 workers standing at the front talking to one another. The Wallflower scent I was looking for was not in the basket, so.. we opened the drawer below to see if there were any more. gasp! Whatever you do, do NOT open the drawers. The front worker came out of no where so fast and was so rude about it. Not friendly, not helpful, just chastised us for opening the drawer. To the large woman with long blonde hair- I think you need to learn how to handle situations better vs making customers feel that what they did was commit a crime for opening a drawer! My poor husband doesn't even want to go back to this location as he was just trying to help his wife find her favorite fall scent. The young woman behind the counter was sweet and very kind and did state that those ladies are very protective of their drawers. Well... maybe you should put a sign on the drawers that say "employees only" or better yet, keep...

Poor customer service. I came in for an exchange because the item I received in the mail was broken. I was told to pick out item and they would exchange, they told me they have to do a return then purchase. I picked the wrong item (speciality) and was told since it was specialty it was not eligible for exchange-understandable. But when I attempted to buy one that was exchangeable they told me they cannot price match because the item was already returned. Would have been nice to know when I walked in the door. I was told when I walked in that they process exchanges in return then buy way. So I lost the deal I got when I originally bought it because I was sent a damaged item. Guess if you get broken items from bath and body works you are just...

It's about time that Belton got one of these; we've had so many other small mall shops in the general area, but this one was missing for quite some time!

The store is a good amount larger on the inside than it is on the outside -- and it's got quite a large selection as well!

Though, there is one thing to be aware of. Google hasn't yet updated its maps to display another building -- this store is actually located southwest adjacent...
