May 9 I ordered five pizzas, 2-2 liters, chicken wings and cheese bread. I was at the hospital with one of my children so I ordered it for the rest of my children at home and we got home by the time. Son told me they messed up my order. They were already closed so I called them the next day, I spent almost $100 and I used my pizza points on two of the items they told me they were my account and $90 but they had to put 50 on mine and 40 on a different number. I was happy with that because they really screwed up my stuff fast two days after that I had to work late so I was like hey I got a credit. I'll order you guys pizza. When I called to order the pizza There's no credit anywhere. So that pissed me off because the guy that I talked to you on the phone even stated that he had several phone calls because they messed up several peoples food that day so I guess if you wanna spend a lot of money and don't receive your stuff and then can't go to hold anybody go ahead and order from here. Answered two pictures I was supposed to have I think like pan crust they gave me thin and crispy. I don't know. I should've took better pictures, but that doesn't count for the missing items that I had four...
Read moreI ordered delivery. Their website showed that they had delivered my food, but I didn't have any food. I called them and they said they had delivered it through Door Dash and they said that they could remake my order and deliver it with one of their delivery drivers. Still never got my food. I went to the store to get a refund at this point. They told me that they could only give me a credit because it had been delivered. They said the driver claimed that first order was outside my apartment. I told them I never received my order. They still would not refund my money. Come to find later (too late for my food) that both drivers delivered my food to my neighbor. Even though I put in my address correctly, they still delivered to the wrong apartment. I will not doing business again with them if they can't even properly...

As always, Pizza Hut shines through in showing how much they value their customers, and take pride in their product. We've never had a bad a experience with food quality or service; while there are times an order may have been off a little, they always made it right without hesitation. This time was no exception. I ordered online through the app, went in to carry it out and they told me they mis-entered the order so they had to re-make it. While I was waiting, Brandon the MOD provided me a credit to our PH account for my troubles, without being prompted and with zero hesitation.
