EDIT: I went back to the store on Thursday the 18th and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, Consuelo. I was informed that his name was Rami, he'd been fired and my stylus was in my phone. I was looking up the auxiliary port, the stylus is at the top and looks like the phone. If Rami would have answered the phone the next day I would have had more options. I could've returned my phone. I must say, Consuelo was very helpful and friendly. Gave me a tour of my phone, put a screen protector on it, and made the UI easier to manage. Thank you Consuelo, this was a much better experience.

I went in specifically to buy the LG Stylo3. I have no stylus, the number he (Robbie) wrote down was wrong, looked it up. Called and have never got an answer. I drove up last Sunday, close at 6pm. Went in to have a number taken off of my account, customer service messed up after 3 days of calling and telling them the number they removed my number permanently and kept the one I wanted to remove, after it was said and done I PAID for THEIR mess up and paid to get the number I wanted removed “activated” after I just paid my bill. Well a ray goes by and my phone says “SOS” no service. They deleted BOTH of my numbers and denied any refund for any of their mess ups and couldn’t get it figured out. In the end they would not give me a deal and I had to make a new account and also PAY for that one too. Boost is robbing people for their money after this month I will be switching and I hope they lose the clients they need. I hate to leave bad reviews but you can’t steal people’s money like that.
