Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Belton

This is an updated review of my experiences with Sonic. Today, for the first time, I have gone back to Sonic in Belton since. This time, i had a great experience. Staff was friendly. Great attention to detail on order. Everything was fresh. I couldn't be more impressed. Great turnaround. I'm glad i went back and tried again. I will go back again my employees will also. Thank you very much for your improvements. The following was my original freview.

at approximately 5 PM. November 1030pm and my employees ordered food from this establishment. We ordered 2 tenderloins, 1 with chili cheese tots. And a chicken sandwich. All of the sandwiches were old, tough cold, and chewy. The tenderloins were VERY small and did not even match size of the buns. The tomatoes were mush. Other than the drinks, it was a complete disaster. Spending just under $30 for 3 people, I was expecting much better food. I hope that if I return that the late shift at sonic in Belton takes more pride in the food they serve. This is not the first or second time this has happened. However when the food is fresh it is great. Which is the reason I still get food hoping that by chance I may go the night that there is an employee that cares preparing and serving the food. I'm sure I will still continue return until there is no hope for good fresh food anymore. I hope things change.

Small Business...

This is to the owner of Sonic in Belton I paid 6.00 almost for a Sonic Resee's Peanut butter cup Blast Again ...there aren't ANY pieces of Resee's pieces in it at all ??! Makes no sense whatsoever I've been buying them at your establishment and across the country for years and have never had a problem with the Resee's Blast ever until this last year at your establishment only...makes no sense You said that your employees were "wasting" product ,by putting too many toppings in the Blasts,but I do not believe that because that means every employee around the map has been doing that for over 8 years or so," whenever you first came out with them" ... To pay that much for a vanilla shake with just a few sprinkles off peanut butter cup on the top IS NOT worth 6.00 So I would advise that anyone who likes Resees Peanut Butter cup Blasts not to order from this store because they're ripping their customers off big time And im not one to complain about anything so don't get me wrong ...this is probably only the 4th time in my lifetime I've ever complained about food at anytime in my life ,and especially to post it So in saying that...yes...

Went to Sonic today with my girlfriend and son order $28 worth of food got all the way back to the house and realized they completely forgot my sandwich annoyed I drove all the way back to Sonic after calling and talking to a man named Mike who I believe is the manager after getting there I asked if they're going to place my onion rings and mozzarella sticks as well because by the time I get home it was going to be cold he said no that he can't replace all that which he absolutely should have since I paid for it and I'm going to be eating cold food upon asking the type of sandwich I had I told him what I ordered to what he said " well I bagged it and I'm pretty sure I put it in there" the fact that you said "pretty sure" seems that you weren't 100% And that you tried to argue with me about it at that point he said he could go make me one he went back inside and what inside for a good five seconds and came out with a sandwich which I thought wow this guy must be Jesus he made a whole sandwich in 5 seconds wrapped it and got in the bag and out to me in record time nope probably the sandwich I ordered originally that he forgot to...
