Purchased an aegis mini and 5 days later it had some internal malfunction, I went back to the store to see about getting an exchange. I had it all in the box, with receipt, and the mod had no damage. The woman working that day was the same woman that sold it to me and she informed me that she could basically do nothing for me other than mail it back to geek vape. I asked why I could not at the least exchange it, instead of walking out of the same store empty handed, $80.00 invested into something I can't use. She could not offer me anything other than her boss, the owner is out of town. About a week later, I came in and the owner John Wall was there. I asked him about the status of my mod, and his return/exchange policy only to be met with a very defensive condeseding attitude. Basically he told me they don't do any refunds or exchanges, got pretty difficult to talk to, while the same woman that sold it to me sat there and smirked at me. Needless to say, I walked out the store because if I had to had deal with John Wall for another 5 minutes I think he would have ended up on the floor of his vape shop. Long story short, 1 month later I get a message that says to come pick up my mod. I asked them what geek vape said was the problem, they said internal malfunction and gave me a new mod. I've spent allot of money at this store in the past, and will no longer purchase anything there again. This could have all been avoided with a thing called customer service. Great vape store. Their choices of vape juice are endless both premium and their own flavor. I have been wanting to try their flavors since the first time I walked in, but just haven’t yet because my husband feels we get the best bang for our buck buying the premium. Love the dog he has, not only is the dog beautiful, but VERY curious it’s kind of hysterical to me he really likes to watch like he knows what’s going on. The inside of the store is very very cool I LOVE the pictures on the wall and the clock that says “Time to quit” under it, very appropriate. All in all it’s a great store. Oh! I don’t want to forget to add this, the girl who works there I’m unsure of her name but she was so super knowledgeable about what juices I should stay away from and which ones would be best for me based off my preferences. The only reason I gave 4 ⭐️ is because I really really wish they were open sooner. I’m an early bird and sometimes I need juice first thing in the morning. We just went and spent $60 on a Novo x and bottle, and bought a total dud. Got home and it doesn’t even hit consistently, sometimes not at all! Tried to exchange it for a MORE EXPENSIVE device and apparently that is not an option. Our first time and we will NOT be back.
