TEXSUBS Sandwiches — Restaurant in Belton

We ate here today and couldnt be more impressed. Met the owner and his wife who are extremely pleasant. We showed up 5 min or so before closing, everything had been cleaned and they welcomed us like they had just opened with warm smiles. Now for the AMAZING food. My wife had the Smoked Brisket #5w/fries/coke. She said that the meat was cooked prefectly and the fat was trimmed off. Right amount of everything on this sandwich.

I ordered the #2 A La Mexicana no avacado.fries/dr pepper. Meat was plentiful, seasoned very well. The jalapenos were carmelized along with rhe onions 😋😋😋. The fries were crinkle cut and were made to perfection, salted just right.

So many other things I am gonna try! They also serve breakfast, I think we are going in the morning😁.

I’ve been here less than 3 years, and I’ve always passed this sub truck but have never stopped. Decided to try their lunch sub. It was small for my hands and my appetite, so that was great. The gentleman was kind to offer some advice on something small for me. I told him I wasn’t too hungry so he recommended the meatball sub. I’m not always a fan of taco or any kind of food trucks, because it takes more than 15 to 20 minutes to get your food and sometimes it is cold. Not this truck, the food was served writhing 5 minutes, and it was hot and super delicious. I was able to sit at there tables to enjoy my lunch. Will come back...

Absolutely blown away by the breakfast here! I had the potato, egg & cheese taco, and my husband had the same in a burrito with bacon. The portions were huge, everything was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were spot on. The salsa was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and the perfect kick!

What truly set this place apart were the owners, Luis and Itzel. They are incredibly warm and welcoming, and even hand-delivered our food to our car. Talk about above and beyond!

Their lunch and dinner menu looks amazing too—subs, wraps, salads—I can’t wait to come back and try more. Do yourself a favor and support this amazing local gem....
