Verizon — Local services in Belton

We just bought new phones from this location. My husbands screen protector “that we paid money for” was put on by the store manager and it had so many bubbles underneath. They told us that it normally works itself out. Well we decided to take it back a few days later because it had in fact not worked itself out and was just getting worse. They took it off and put a new one on. This time it is completely crooked and still has bubbles all the way around it! WE PAID FOR THIS SCREEN PROTECTOR! They refuse to do it correctly. It is their Job to do this type of stuff and obviously they don’t know how! They want us to Pay more money to get another Screen protector even though THEY have failed twice to put it on correctly. Went here with my boyfriend so he could get a new phone because his phone screen broke. So we walk in the two employees are at the desk helping a person each. Each employee just says “welcome in” and that’s it. We sit there for 45 minutes. The customer the one employee is helping is trying to figure something out the whole time and the employee doesn’t even ask us what we need or what we came in for. We get ignored the whole time we are there. The store was not busy besides the two that were being helped and us. This store does not go out of its way to help you and see what they can do for you. Hello- I’d like to give a shout-out to John M. for good customer service at Belton’s Verizon Store. He was very kind and patient with me in answering all my questions. I did buy an iPhone from him, which is working well, as of this date. As an afterthought, I also bought an ipad. However, I did have to return that unused ipad the next business day due to a misunderstanding about the monthly price after checking my account later on. The owner John V. was very helpful in working things out with me, and I appreciate that.
