This guy in the picture is the most rude and unprofessional person on how he talks to his coworkers and it’s nasty how he takes advantage of his authority and treats employees poorly giving orders like he is their GOD. I am so disgusted on the first time experience at this location that I did not know about. I just closed my shop up and rushed here since it said clearly here on GOOGLE that the business closes at 11pm. I have been craving for fried tilapia and I called my family and asked what would they like from here but it all went down the drain when I was told that the place will be closing in 6 min and it only was 10:37pm and the guy in the picture was rude and then thought it was funny. And in my face started joking with employees etc etc.. I was offered 4 wings and some fries like I was a dog and I felt so disrespected in many ways. But I just bought two banana puddings so I can have proof with a receipt of when I was denied service and besides feeling disrespected I felt so terrible as a loyal customer to HIP HOP FISH CHICKEN PIZZA. I will reach out to better business bureau and go thru all the proper extremes in order for this to be taken serious. I have pictures and videos of it showing open when I got here and the time they started turning off the lights and signs etc etc… I don’t recommend this place because I can only imagine the lack on the food and service and quality. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

This Place Is The Worst With...

I never write reviews, but the customer service I received last night was atrocious. I made an online delivery order through uber eats, and wanted to make sure I got cocktail sauce and tartar sauce so I called the store. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone if he could put cocktail and tartar sauce with the order, he says ok I got you and hung up the phone. He never asked my name or what I ordered, I figured maybe he only had one online order and knew which was mine so I didn't worry. Fast forward, food arrives, and what I asked wasn't in the bag. So I called. Same man answers and I say hey I called a bit ago and asked for sauces and you said ok, he responds with "Ok sorry about that" followed by silence. I ask if that's it? No offer to somehow make this right or anything? Just silence? He proceeded to literally say nothing and I listened to the sound of people talking in the store for 3 minutes before he decided to hang up. I am befuddled as to how anyone would treat their customers this way. I've gone there maybe 20 times previously and never had an issue, but this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I went to this location because it was close to an event I was having 15 minutes away. Big mistake! When I placed the catering order I was specific about what I ordered and it was clear on the receipt. I sent my son with the receipt to pick up the order, when he got back I immediately noticed he didn’t have all the food! I called back and they told me I got the wrong order to send everything back and they would give him the right one. The event was 30 minutes away so I was beyond annoyed. Well I sent the order back with my son. The store calls me back 5 minutes later to say I did not get the wrong order but they owed me some more food. I had to hurry and call my son back to turn around because I at least wanted to set that food up before guests arrived. Meanwhile all this back and forth and it’s getting cold, smh. Needless to say it was a disaster. Now to the quality of the chicken.. . absolutely not! The wings and legs looked like they belonged to a Cornish hen and they were dry as the dessert!
