Good lighting, spacious walkways and a clean environment. Prices are about normal compared to any other grocery store. They also have a wide selection of different grocery items, except for name brand items because Aldi claims that they keep their prices low by selling shoppers their own brand items in lieu of commercial big box brands. They also have everyday home items for sale too. The only reason I gave them 4 stars out of 5 is because I think they could staff it a little better, being that there always seems to be a need for another sales clerk at the check-out area. Also, Carts require a quarter to use(which you get back when finished using) but that's kinda annoying and furthermore, you must bring your own grocery bags or a reusable one(or two or three) for packing up your bought goods, which is good for the environment but not very convenient when it comes to getting one's groceries out to the vehicle. Read morePrices not any cheaper, but the products are. Food has bad after taste. Need a quarter for cart. Have to bring your own bags. They throw the food in the cart damaging it and exspect you to pay for it. They don't hire enough people.
Update: So I keep hearing about this place so after years I decided to try again. Unfortunately it's still bad. They moved the produce to the front which causes a bottle neck of consumers, which makes you move forward in to get away only to have to turn around to get back when there are less people. The consumers are rude. They most think they're the only consumer in the store. I didn't find much of what I needed. The prices were not low like people claim. They have self checkouts now. Still don't like the quarter for a cart thing or bring your own bags. Very disappointed in the lack of German food since company is German.
I do not recommend this...
Read moreThe store is nice and clean with plenty of options including organic. This is a truly good way to extend your grocery dollars. Remember to bring a quarter which is return to you upon delivery of your cart back to the stall and boxes or bags to put your groceries in. We have shopped at Aldi's a long time and even seen on the History Channel when the store was referred to as a Gourmet Grocery Store. The store's management has steered the direction in a positive Manor over all of these years and have kept prices affordable and have definitely gain market share in the process which allows them to have money to expand and maybe experiment a little bit with the things like...
