I ordered two Hot & Ready pepperoni pizzas at 7:04 (according to receipt) and was requesting a refund at 7:30; by 7:40 I was still waiting for the manager to refund my order and 7:47 I was in my car unhappy over the wait with pizzas (upon arriving home i noticed several order tickets stuck to the pepperoni and cheese of one of the pizzas). I saw several other people waiting to pick up their food and all were looking upset because everyone was waiting on their orders. I had been waiting about 15 minutes when another group of customers came in and one was able to go behind the counter into the food preparation area; I realized that this customer was an employee off the clock based on comments that were made between staff and said customer (I also don't think it's right to charge other customers for sauces and this customer got their choice of free sauces). Those who ordered via drive-thru were receiving their orders before those who had ordered online via the pizza portal (1 customer's order was marked as picked up and they had just arrived 5 minutes prior to being helped). I have visited this location several times over the past year and the customer service was normally excellent (even with having a freshly made Hot & Ready during a busy time); this time the customer service was horrible. I was made to wait for the manager to refund my order; and, that didn't happen because the manager sent out a different employee who yelled into the back to hurry up with my order because I was requesting a refund. I have seen this location be busy with only 4 employees and every customer got their food in a timely manner; this time it looked as if 7 employees were working and there was a lot of standing around instead of putting orders into the oven. I was made to wait 45 minutes for two hot and ready pizzas because I couldn't get a refund or my food. I could have sat down in a restaurant and ordered food and gotten it faster. We placed our original order for delivery at ~6:30PM online. It said it wouldn't be ready until 8. That seemed excessive, but whatever; we accepted it. I checked the tracker at 8PM only to find out that the order had been cancelled. There had been no call, no email, no notification or explanation at all.
We were extremely hungry at this point, so my husband immediately reordered for pick-up, thinking it was because we had ordered it for delivery. The pick-up time given was 9:47PM! I tried calling the customer service line to make sure the order wasn't going to be cancelled and to see if they could expedite it since that's insanely long to make two pizzas and some crazy bread, but it was no help. I tried calling the store directly and the guy that answered said he couldn't help me at all - even to confirm it cancel my order - but would connect me to the manager right away. I am still on hold as I type this review, 40 minutes later, waiting for said manager to pick up - now, so I can cancel our second order.
My husband has since driven to the store and found that the door was locked and they had a paper sign saying no in-person orders would be accepted after 4:50PM, but also that they would refund any online orders placed after 4:50PM. They are open until 10PM! I think what makes me the most angry is that the guy I spoke with on the phone didn't even have the decency to tell me he wasn't accepting orders and that my order was going to be cancelled - he was happy to let me wait on hold immediately and would have let me wait over 3 hours for food he knew was...
Read morethe cashier RYLEIGH K. was the OPPOSITE of welcoming, i ordered my food today at 8:12PM january 27th and halfway thru the order she gave me the total then gave me a vicious look when i stated that i was NOT done ordering?.. she also had EARPHONES in so she was having a conversation on her cellphone as i was ordering which explains why SHE CHARGED ME FOR 2 orders of chicken wings when i only ordered 1 .. when i told her about it she appeared careless and said "what do you mean" so at that point i just walked out. This all happened after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru and not getting any employee to take my order... TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE RYLEIGH IS USELESS..... also never got marinera sauce for my crazy bread combo... i will NEVER go to any little ceasers again after this experience it truley ruined my entire mood.. sad just sad to the think about all the other costumers before me that Ryleigh the cashier has made feel this awful about an experience at the little ceasers in belvidere..THE TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA WAS ALSO BURNT.... had to throw away one of the pizzas and one of the wings i got charged for because i only wanted 1 order!! such a...
