This bakery is "good" however they lack on professionalism and customer service. I order cakes before and first time they make a mistake on the filling which I understand it happens, secondly i order a fruit cake and all the fruits were falling from the cake which created a big mess, then on my final strike they forgot to write the "happy birthday + name" very disappointed when I called and I spoke to the owner. Unprofessional and unapologetic staff: Placed a birthday cake and mini concha order a month ahead and when we arrived to pick it up the day of the party they realized the order was never “put in” Gave us about 25 regular conchas, claiming they were the mini ones… At first they said they could replace the cake we ordered with a tres leches cake because they didn’t have flour to make the regular cake then 15 mins passed and they decided they can make a regular cake. Was also charged $12 for a cute design and the cake was not that: there was no design at all. Disappointed.

Personal poco profesional y sin complejos: Hicimos un pedido de pastel de cumpleaños y mini conchas con un mes de anticipación y cuando llegamos a recogerlo el día de la fiesta, se dieron cuenta de que el pedido nunca se "realizó". Nos dieron alrededor de 25 conchas regulares, alegando que eran las mini ... Al principio dijeron que podían reemplazar el pastel que pedimos con un pastel de tres leches porque no tenían harina para hacer el pastel regular, luego pasaron 15 minutos y decidieron que podían hacer un pastel regular. Love this bakery! If you like thick strawberry filling you will have yo ask for full strawberries or an extra layer as they have a fresh strawberry whip cream they usually use.
