Belvidere Bravo Pizza — Restaurant in Belvidere Township

If we could review the Bravo's in Belvidere with zero stars we would. They completely messed up our order. The boneless wings were disgusting. The Greek Salad was not nearly as good as it is at other restaurants. We ordered the Chicken Philly Pita which is supposed to include grilled chicken, green pepper, onion, mushroom and mozzarella but instead we got chicken with lettuce, tomato & burnt cheese. The cashier charged an $8.00 tip on our credit card that we would have paid if they delivered the order but we picked it up. The owner of the Belvidere location was combative and irrational and accused us of lying and stealing and called the police on us for supposedly stealing because her cashier refunded our entire order instead of simply refunding the $8.00. Obviously we did not steal the food. It was her cashier's mistake. We paid for it when we called it in. We paid for it again afterwards without the $8.00 tip. Needless to say we will never order from them again due to the owner calling the police and filing a false report. This was the worst experience we have ever had with a restaurant. After reading some of the other reviews, I see that the owner has berated and verbally assaulted other customers too. She definitely doesn't deserve...

I'm giving a 2 because they've been charging a 99 cents service fee. Today is the first time the cashier mention the service fee to me. According to Lisa (the manager) they have been charging the extra fee for over a year. For over a year we've been charged extra without being informed by the staff. Lisa(the manager) was rude over the phone after asking about the extra charge. She blamed us for not being informed because we didn't read the small text on the menu. We simply wanted to know why it took this long to be told in the first place. After repeating to her that they should have included that information while paying, she hung up on us.
