One of their employees helped me n my family out a great deal as we got stuck right outside in parking lot on our way to Nashville TN. He used his personal (professional/grade) scanner to scan for the codes of what’s happening in the vehicle. With his 8 years of experience in a shop beforehand, he was able to diagnose before we even took it to Integrity shop in Belvidere… and figured how to get it to drive to the shop before it would shut off again (it was a fuse breaking due to an Oxygen Sensor on underside of the van that was hanging partly cut from some metal, and so was short circuiting…) He was very gracious with his time n energy as I was a bit lost in the windy cold conditions having to find direction for my family of 7, partner caring for our 6 month old not able to do much. Night manager, Emilio has no knowledge of auto parts and is a sad excuse for a manager AutoZone as a company sold me the wrong part made me drive an hour. Out of my way to go there an hour back for a part that doesn’t fit in my car and they’re computer says it does but it doesn’t fit my car, so I return it to my neighborhood store and they did not want to take it because emilio said it did not have a bag and it looked like it was used when I bought the part brand new from the store three hours ago I took it out the box measured it next to the part I took off my car seen it didn’t fit and put it back in the box how could it look used that’s what they sold me…. I went into Autozone with many questions on what was needed for my vehicle and a young man named Miguel Stach was extremely kind and was very polite while helping me pick out the right parts and even help diagnose some of the issues I was having while also recommending well known trustworthy local mechanics if I was unable to do the job myself. This has been the greatest experience I have ever had at a store in my life and I will never be able to repay Miguel for the help he gave me that day I am forever grateful.
