Soft hearted workers and offensive workers leads to no business from me. Alternator bolt return to the store for another set and possible wrong sell. I needed confirmation. I may of have grabbed the wrong size last time and brought the bolt back cause I was in a hurry. I heard from another worker who wasnât in the conversation say there was a person just at the store arguing with the two people I just came in to talk with. They were riled up before I showed up. The dude kicked me out saying he was the manager then a short old lady with a short black dyed hair color walked up and said she was the manager and said I have to leave. I said ok, well let me get my receipt from the car and return these bolts. She didnât believe I had them by sayingâ no, if you had your receipt, you would have it now.â I suppose itâs true but it was on the passenger seat cause I trusted the store. The people who work there, or that time I encountered the people who took a previous upset customer and took it out on me should be fired. I could go back and find out...
Read moreWent into AutoZone for a battery that was on hold, the manager rang it up and I asked for a price match to other local part stores in the area. The manager could not do anything for me, then after this she continued to talk down to me but I had no choice but to buy the battery at this point because they were the only business with it. The first charge was 153.28 after tax then the manager said something needed to be fixed with the checkout process and then it rang up a second time at 164.67. I looked at the manager and said this is not right. The manager had then fixed it after I called them on the mysterious "charges". Needless to say the battery was returned within 10 minutes because of being treated in a rude fashion as I am there for a service. Please learn from my experience and take your business elsewhere. Being a new business and all in Bemidji, you'd think they would do anything to help customers but they are RUDE at AutoZone. Worst customer service I have seen in a long...
Read moreI was passing through town and needed a different tow hitch in order to pull my pop-up camper in a level position. It seem like the staff here were distracted, and when I asked one of them if anybody in the store towed things, I was told ânoâ. I could pretty much tell it wasnât going to be helped, but he briefly went through the motions before telling me he couldnât help me. I asked for a different guy to help me, but that fell flat. I told the guy I would look for a different store, and he was satisfied with that.
I went to the Auto Value store down the street and had a great experience. They didnât have the exact thing I needed, so one of their staff took me into the shop and worked with me to assemble what I needed. He spent an hour or so helping me, and I would recommend the Auto Value store down the block. Lady manager, she was very...
