Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Bemidji

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AT THE ARCADE. We beat the high score on one of the basketball machines and happily waited around to see how many tickets we had won. (while one of the employees sat at the counter staring) we waited roughly 20 minutes till we had racked up 3,000 + points. Eventually we decided to ask the employee why the game was continuing to run up the ticket amount. He assured us that it would stop whenever it hit the jackpot amount. (Which he and another employee had no knowledge of.) 40 MINUTES PASS. It was 8pm. 7,000 + points - with video evidence of. We search for an employee who then had to find another employee who happened to be the FIRST person who had told us that we would have to wait till the game stopped counting to reveal the jackpot amount. WE WAITED 40 MINUTES for the same employee to tell us that we won 1,700 tickets because “that’s the jackpot amount”. He purposefully sent a different employee to wipe the 7,000 + tickets off of the game & continued to argue with us at the counter accusing one of us that we had quote “been there the week before” - which they had not - and why would he know that? DISGUSTING. WE ARE EXTREMELY UPSET WITH HOW HE HANDLED...

First time here and I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was wonderfully clean. And the buffet style pizza was so wonderful!

We are a pizza loving family, so it was so wonderful to get just the kind of pizza you want for your own particular taste of the day without having to just settle for what the kids want. Get your boring cheese pizza, kids, mama is getting her fancy ranch bacon and tomato! Mmmm so good.

Was pleasantly surprised at how much I really liked this place considering I've heard some criticisms. The price really is pretty on par with other arcade and pizza type places. I'd argue that it's actually cheaper for a family since it does have a buffet option.

I recommend it. The people were so friendly and helpful and working hard to keep the buffet full and tables...

We went to this pizza ranch last year almost exactly 1 year ago it was clean the staff was friendly and the food was great. We went today the staff was angry the food was sparse maybe 4 pizzas at 1:30 very little chicken and it was dried out sadly the best part of the meal was the ice cream and strawberry pizza. Very disappointing it was so good last year on vacation that we had to go again. Hard to say what's wrong maybe management but all of them seemed unhappy to be there. BTW the dining room was busy its not like we were the only people there 5 minutes before closing. And they didn't have any bread sticks of either sort the whole time my wife asked them and they said they don't have bread sticks, funny we've eaten at Pizza Ranch all over the country they've all had bread sticks and they had them 12...
