Starbucks supports israel's attack on Palastine, and are currently being boycotted. I urge individuals to stop going to Starbucks, and for workers to quit. There is an obviously bad side of this conflict, don't listen or adhere to propaganda, I've seen a father carry two of his children in bags, Isreal is in blackout with no internet or water or electricity. Not surprised the company that supported union busting would support a horrible genocidal war.
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
I personally don't know how to leave a review for this store.
I don't want to leave a positive or negative review, rather, leave information for the individual to assess.
Starbucks as a company has been talked about a lot on social media as of late, and it's mainly due to the higher up. (Mostly in 2021, 2022)
Across the U.S. individuals have been fired left and right for reasons that seemingly come up out of nowhere, or don't make much sense.
There's been plenty of talk about workers suddenly getting hours cut, or getting written up over issues that weren't a problem until a worker started speaking out against things management has done.
Every store is different, but there are countless tiktok's, instagram posts, probably even youtube videos, talking about how Starbucks as a company has been treating their workings unfairly, going as far as to say it's straight up harassment.
If you've had Starbucks coffee before, you're gonna get what you expect, and the service at this store in particular is good, however, I'd recommend looking into the company more, as for me, it makes me uncomfortable to support a business that prevents unions, and allows for the harassment of employees.
Howard Shultz in particular has made statements against union's, and a quick google search can show you how he thinks of employee's speaking out about these claims. (He generally doesn't want to comply with union workers, which is technically illegal)
Starbucks say's its an establishment about community and creating positivity, but when your CEO can't pay a living wage (Even after the 15$ raise) and people across the country make claims about harassment, it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
In short, good coffee, good service, the company is horrible to it's employee's. (In my opinion)
I'd recommend you do your own research, obviously every place is gonna have problems, but there are some genuinely great people who work in these stores that deserve to be heard, and REALLY care about creating a connection...
Read moreI went to the drive thru for two drinks. When I got to the window to pay I wasn’t greeted with a smile or a hello or anything. Once I paid o got told to pay again but I already did and all the lady did was shut the door. When I was given a drink it wasn’t mine and once again took it back and shut the window. Told the lady what I had and had to wait for my second drink. When a guy brought me the correct drink he apologized and asked if I had everything, I said yes thank you. The lady in the window her name was Lily with blonde hair, she needs to learn customer service and how to read a screen. A smile goes along way with customer service, o do not appreciate the window being shut in my face not once but twice I found...
Read moreWe are not from town and I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one by far has got to be the worst experience in a drive through I’ve ever seen. We were behind a car that was talking to an employee about the party they went to last night, proceeded to talk about their personal life while there was 6 cars behind them. When the car said their is a lot of cars waiting, the employee proceeded to say she didn’t care. This employee needs to grow up and learn that the world doesn’t revolve around her teenage social life. Get a different job. If I was Starbucks I’d fire her, I should’ve been a true Karen and took a video of it and...
