12/9/19 Young blonde kid took forever to come pump my gas which is not the end of the world but when I got home and turned the car off the next day my engine light was on because my gas cap was missing. Went back that day and same kid working hands me a random gas cap which I took in hopes it worked. It doesn't fit properly. I had to spend $20 for a new cap because that kid didn't put mine back on and then they didn't keep it around Incase anyone was missing it... I think some more training is in order for new employees as I normally have a fine time there. And it wasn't busy there at all when I was there this last time.

A positive note was the woman that answered the phone when I called back after realizing the other cap wasn't right was VERY nice and spent time looking for my missing one and promptly called back to apologize that she...

Today we made a special out-of-the-way stop to get a latte here.

And I'm not the type of person who likes to post bad reviews, but this interaction deserves it.

The barista wasn't paying attention and got our entire order wrong. And when I asked to have it corrected she came across even more irritated than she did when she opened the window to greet us. It was really uncomfortable and off-putting

I was so flustered by the interaction after she gave me the wrong order, I just sat in the car and waited for her to come back from taking out the trash.

She was rude. It's honestly the worst coffee I've ever had. We threw it away as soon as we got to our next stop.

Which is especially disappointing considering the wonderful customer service and drinks we have received...

I whent in to buy some food this morning and asked a very nice girl at the check out if she knew of any good mechanics in town my electric chair(driver side) had gotten stuck fully reclined making driving way harder than it needed to be and I am also homeless working full time. The supervisor by the name “hunter” came out and got it working in less than 10 minutes and refused to let me pay him I’ve bean coming here a wile and they really have gone above and beyond!
