The trampoline park itself is very fine. My issue is with the supervision and safety. Of highest concern was a very middle aged man playing dodgeball amongst a sea of kids under 10 and in some cases as young as 5. This man threw the ball with all his strength, hitting kids in directly in the body and sometimes in the head. Despite two different supervising employees, neither asked this man (who probably weighed #225) to tone it down. Additionally, in the other areas, there were toddlers running every which way through the tramps with little regard to direction. There was no attempt to try and redirect these kids are work with their parents to prevent an accident. Great concept, buy poorly managed.
UPDATE: I originally posted our experience as a 1 star due to the safety concerns. The manager was very attentive and has been communicating with me regarding the situations we experienced. He seems genuine in his interest in educating and training his staff. If I could rate, him.... I would give him 5 stars for...

Back again.. Considering what's going on in the world with covid and all, they have kept the place clean and sanitized. Here's your fifth star Mountain air! Thx for being open and working harder for your community. 👍✌️👊
Well!! Back again for update 3.... I do love this place. But I have one concern. The PRICE! Good God, for sixteen bucks an hour I could feed myself for the day. Not to mention sooo many other things to spend on for an hour! Won't be returning anytime soon due to that one reason!
Update 4..... I now see and understand the reasoning behind what I thought at the time was expensive. The prices are fair. I was informed on the costs it takes to run a business like this and I take back what I recently said regarding the price. It's a great place and I will continue to support your business. Thank you!
Update 5...lmao!! .it's now 18 an hour, and I think it's fair. Not much more to say than that.... Oh, maybe more padded seats???...
Read moreVisited with my partner to have a fun day exercising, we’re both adults. We figured there would be lots of kids but didn’t realize their parents wouldn’t be paying any attention to their behavior. We decided to go bounce in the back as to not run into any kiddos, but were confronted by teenage staff multiple times to “not jump together” even though we had already been there an hour and we were just lightly bouncing and talking, trying to avoid the gazes of disapproving parents who definitely didn’t want us there. Didn’t realize fun had an age limit lol! We may have just gone during a ton of birthday parties or something. I think it’s good for kids, and if you’re a parent of small children it’s probably perfect. If you’re an adult looking to go jump around and be silly though,...
