I had a storage unit for quite a long time. Each month my payment of 95 dollars was deducted from my bank account without fail. Never late ! We emptied our unit in Oct. of 2019, I notified Duncan multiple times to receive a refund as the Bennett Storage deducted a payment from my bank and to date have not received our refund and he has never called me back to give a reason why we have not received it as I requested him to do a call back. He gave me excuses like I will notify corporate, my boss is walking in the office now and I will let him know and get you taken care of. Here it is Dec. 19 and there is still NO refund or call back. In moving from CO to TX, a reservation was made at a U-Haul location in Aurora for a truck, auto transport, dollies, and blankets. Upon confirming the reservation via phone, the U-Haul location could not guarantee any of the items reserved. Long story short, Bennett Mini Storage went out of their way to get all of the items reserved brought to their location so we didn't drive all over CO picking them up. When picking up the truck, etc., Bennett Mini Storage was friendly, courteous and professional. I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I have rented a unit there for over 2 years and never had an issue when the property manager Duncan was in charge. When the new property manager Jamie took over I have had nothing but headaches EVERY SINGLE TIME I went to my unit. The last few months of her being in charge drove me away from this place and not to mention the prices are ridiculous. I moved all my stuff to a place in Aurora where my unit is 10 feet bigger and im paying $35 less a month. Maybe if you guys treated your customers with respect like Duncan was doing until you guys fired him, then maybe I would still have a unit...
