Sherer Auto Parts — Local services in Bennett

Unfortunately, we blew a tire on our cargo trailer just west of Byers in a Friday night. We waited 4 hours sitting on the side of the road waiting for a tow from our roadside assistance plan. We finally gave up, dropped the trailer and made it home to Aurora.

The next day we returned with a spare tire and discovered the blow out was due to a cracked leaf spring. We were at our wits end, and decided to search for a towing company ourselves. I’m so grateful we did.

It took 1 phone call to Sherer, and a total of 47 minutes to have the trailer completely loaded and on its way back to our home.

I forgot to ask for a quote during the initial call. I was kicking myself the whole drive home, assuming I would be gouged. But when handed the bill, it was half of what our roadside assistance was going to charge us.

I wish I could give these guys more...

I was snowed into my car for days during the massive blizzard that hit Colorado. All of the other towing services that I was in contact with either refused to service me, would charge me $1,200, or told me that I wasn't on their priority list. After coming in cotact with Sherer auto parts, the tow truck driver kept in constant contact with me and even cleared parts of the road to get me to my vehichle. This company went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service I recieved. During the hour (probably more) that it took to just clear the road, the driver was extremely positive and nice. Truly an amazing company with...

Stopped in because the skid plate was falling off my car. Guy was working in the shop and fixed it for me instantly I believe his name was Matt. Young guy. It's hard to find honest and good hearted people anywhere. This company should be proud to have a worker like that. Anyone in the area should trust this shop 100% I will be recommending to everyone...
