I have use Corridor Collision four times. I had two cars previously, brought one in once, the other twice for some cosmetic repairs paying out of pocket. I now have a diff vehicle which I’ve talked with owner Greg about, for a door repair & some moderate hail damage.
Prior to my first time there, I had gotten two quotes in the Den metro area. I looked for one out in Bennett, and found Corridor. Because they’re not paying in-Denver building or rent prices, they will very likely come in under pricing in the city. They were substantially lower than both quotes I got in Denver.
They will assess your car promptly after your arrival, then go inside, they’ll pull up your car on their screen and show you the parts needed to order while explaining the repair.
There are other reviews which talk about vehicle being there weeks. What they told me was “We’ll order the parts. When they’re in, we’ll call you and can book the work.” Worked great for me.
Each time they called within a week, and were able to then get me in for the work within 2-4 biz days.
Each time, they had my car three days. First two days they did the work, then third day was getting the car detailed & wanting it to be washed and looking great for pick up.
This has been my experience each time with them. I have worked with both Greg and Victoria. Greg three times, Victoria once. I have had no issue with either at all. They do fantastic work, and I’m very pleased with them.
Greg is a stickler for details, and has been in the industry for years and knows what he’s doing. Victoria is knowledgeable and handled my vehicle throughly and professionally.
I’m not in position to discount what anyone else has commented here, I can only tell you I’ve worked with them four times and it’s been first...
Read moreWow! (Check out before and after pics) Last week, I was involved in an accident where another car changed lanes into me, damaging the front of my vehicle, tearing off the bumper, and ruining the windshield washer reservoir along with other parts. After searching extensively for a repair shop, I decided on Corridor Collision in Bennett, Colorado. Even though it’s a bit of a drive from Denver, their quote was the most competitive, and I’m very glad I chose them. From start to finish, Victoria and the team went above and beyond with their honesty and professionalism. After initially quoting me a price I agreed on, Victoria later called to let me know she had found one of the parts for much cheaper, which brought my cost down. Halfway into the repair, she called again to let me know that a part they originally thought needed to be replaced was actually salvageable, saving me even more money. Both of these moments showed me they weren’t trying to get more out of me, they were committed to doing right by the customer. On top of that, the work was quoted at four days, and they finished in just two. The results were excellent, the repairs flawless, and the customer service outstanding. Victoria, the owner’s daughter, is an absolute sweetheart and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I could not be happier with my experience. Corridor Collision is honest, ethical, fast, and delivers exceptional work. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.
I would make the drive to use this shop in the...
Read moreI want to start off by saying how nice Victoria was with her customer service. I was less than pleased with dropping my car off for hail damage on October 18th and I knew it would be about 4 weeks. 7 weeks later I now have my car back. I called after the first week to see how things were going because I had not seen the car move from the lot all week. They told me they were waiting to hear back from the insurance company. On October 25th the insurance company asked me what we had decided to do with the car, I told them we dropped it off with Corridor Collision. The insurance company had no idea. My insurance company reached out to Corridor, only for them to say they just got the car. So I was less than pleased that I had been lied to. Lord only knows how long it would have sat before they actually started working on it. 5 weeks go by and I call to check in and Greg was seemingly annoyed that I was calling about my car and told me a week. I called a week later and Victoria was very nice and that Greg would call me back. He never did, so I called him. He once again was very annoyed that I was calling. So after 7 weeks, I have the car. I would say if you enjoy paying for a rental care for 3 weeks longer than you should have, and paying insurance on a car you don’t get to drive for almost 2 months, and being lied to about what’s being done with your car,...
