Well, it turns out that yesterday I received a package and went to pick it up in my mailbox, It wasn't there, the mailman got it wrong and put it in another mailbox. I went for the first time to see what was going on with the package to the post office and they told me that in 20 minutes the mailman will arrived to the mailboxes, I was waiting for him for 40 minutes and he didn't show up, so I went to the post office for a second time to file a complaint and claim. The manager said that the claims by online and not to the post office... and They said that the mailman had gone to the mailbox to verify it, it turns out that the manager lied to my face because he did not go to verify it, because I was waiting for him all the time. According to the manager he told me .. that my package was not there and that at the end of the day the postman would go from house to house to ask the neighbors, that it turns out that they took the package and they have not given it to me, they must have left it for themselves without returning it. This post office has never delivered to my address, when asked to add an address to their system they were extremely rude and somehow mad that we asked them to deliver packages to our house. They return all packages to the sender as soon as they see our address and are not willing to work with us. We cannot use USPS for anything whatsoever because they are so hardheaded. Amazon, FedEx, UPS all deliver to my house no problem. I'm not sure if it's the management, or pure laziness but our house is literally right next to the road, it's a physical place in Bennett with a real mailbox which they refuse to use. This will be updated as case goes. Ordered two things and haven’t lived at the address for almost two plus years. Military family. Packages delivered there but never got return to sender from the company or wrong address and I did do an address change before packages were delivered. Mail carrier didn’t catch.
