they tell me to close my order on blossom flowers.com that they did not get the order to call back after and do it over the phone my huband said. RELAYING HIS WORDS. this is not what my husband was expecting them to serve me. especially paying 125$ throwing extra for delivery tips. asked for custom work and they serve me something he said looked like it was on its way to a morgue. however they did call to pick it up and fix but hes not happy. hes quite upset. we had a arguement and he wanted to send me something nice and not something he could of did him self so calling a flower specialist and they serve dead brown leafs and flowers picked out of a backyard, grass and all it looked like. nothing trimmed. rushed and served when online they show 10x better quality flowers and work for half the cost. i love what he did but i do agree that they seem like they took advantage of the moment and figured i would be happy with what ever. as he puts it to, looks like shreak took a dump in the center. roses not even lined up or done properly. nothing trimmed just looked like it was shoved down inside the vace that again looks like a urn. 125$ he was expecting something much better then price chopper quality when he said they do better work then this and could of bought 10x more. hes not as nice as i am. he wont speak to them but again they did offer to make it right and redo but like he said if they dont have the respect to do it right the first time and probably assume that because im at walmart ill accept anything when they dont know my husbands situation and he aint a cheap person and buys high quality for me then there aint gonna be mutual respect in return. not saying the work cant be beautiful from what i seen they look like they can do incredible work but when hes told to go cancel a order out on a site and call them directly instead and spend 250$ now especially when the refund takes a week then yeah he wants beauty to match beauty. not ugly i dont care ill judge you on no taste.

I am not very knowledgeable about flowers and arrangements, but Beth was so helpful and kind and patient with me as I tried to describe the ideas I had in mind. I wasn’t local, so I couldn’t meet ahead of time in person, but Beth was able to work magic over the phone and email.
