The service and the people there are rude and have no costumer service skills. Don’t go here with your debit or credit cards because it’s only a $10 minimum. Which is a scam if the thing you want to buy is only $5. The older personal were rude beyond compare. Younger personal were helpful.
I never said it was illegal, the rude older woman would interrupt me as soon as i spoke, that shows poor customer service, and i use a debit card which works different from a credit card, so maybe if you would get your facts strait there would be less confusion, and all arguments would have been avoided if your older employees were more courteous and polite but they where rude and treated us poor so you can get off ur high horses bc the chocolate we actually bought was so gross that we couldn't break it and we spent 7$ on one piece so really you need to reconsidered your older staff and how long your product sit on the shelf we ended up throwing all chocolate away due to the fact we couldn't eat it or break it.
