It’s amazing this place is still in business.

The guy inside checking your ID was the very definition of cultural appropriation and was extremely off putting and had the worst attitude, he looked like he had been on tour with a reggae band that fired him for being too dirty and burned out.

After getting past the very unpleasant and unfriendly door greeter/ ID checker I took 3 steps and made it to the bud tender, I said “good morning” and he responded by demanding “I need your ID again” even though he just watched me give it to the unpleasant guy at the door and the whole interaction that took place. I handed him my ID and after he scrutinized it for almost a minute he motioned like he was going to hand it back to me. When I put my hand out to take my ID back he slapped it down on the counter and said “don’t reach over the counter”. To be clear I had just barely put my hand out to take the ID he was holding over the middle of the counter. I simply laughed it off and asked him if he had a menu and he responded “most people know what they want before they come in here”. I told him I am not from here and that I would like to know what they have and how much it is before I can make a decision. He responded by saying “go online and find our website, we probably have a menu on there.”. There were 2 other employees standing nearby that were laughing and smirking while watching the interaction. It seemed as if the employees in this store hated their customers. Against my better judgement I purchased a pre-roll and earned the ability to honestly review this horrible business.

To recap, the staff was unkempt, unfriendly, rude, instigating, unhygienic, insulting, and off putting. Lastly the store has no menu available.

I recently visited Juniper Lane, a dispensary located in Vermont, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially Zach and Cass, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offered.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming atmosphere. Zach and Cass, in particular, went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide expert advice on which products would best suit my needs. He took the time to explain the different strains, dosages, and consumption methods, making sure I had a clear understanding of what I was purchasing.

The dispensary itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality cannabis products, including flowers, concentrates, edibles, and more. The pricing was reasonable, and I appreciated the discounts and promotions that were available to customers.

Overall, I had a positive experience at Juniper Lane, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reputable dispensary in Vermont. The exceptional customer service provided by Zach and the rest of the staff, coupled with their extensive product selection, made my visit enjoyable and informative. This was a VERY informative place! I went with a friend of mine, who is in the medical field, they know I am a medical card holder. My friend and I took a whiff together at the door, they don't partake, we both had distinctively different reactions, they "It Stinks!" I said, "Smells GREAT!", then we laughed because of the difference in reactions. The guy that we spoke with, Bobby, wasn't pushy, he wasn't in to make a deal, when I told him my friend is in the medical field and needs to be informed, he immediately grabbed a large medical book and said "You really need to read this", then they had a LOGICAL discussion about things that were in the book and on their mind. I was VERY glad to have stopped in, 1 because I didn't have my lighter, 2 because I wanted to get some different medications than what I had available to me. I was impressed that Bobby opened the eyes of a skeptic, someone that thought it's about getting high - I wish, I use for pain relief and nausea, it's not often that I get "toasted", but I am happy to have a different medicine that isn't a pill or Addictive.
