Verizon — Local services in Bennington

I absolutely LOVE this store and it's employees! The Staff is super friendly and they have a wonderful selection of phone and accessories to choose from. As soon as i walked in I was greeted by Andrea I explained to her what i was looking for, and very politely she explained she was new and if i would give her a moment she would get someone to help me. I appreciate her letting me know she was new. She came back with another girl named Katie she was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get me just the right items for my device. i was able to get the items i came into the store for very quickly and the two girls were a absolute pleasure to talk with! I would highly recommend this Verizon/Go Wireless location to everyone. When it's time to upgrade my phone I look forward to do so at this location and with anyone from this store. 5...

It was very unfortunate doing business with this distributor. My fiance asked to pay for a s20 5+ in cash, the associate FINANCED IT without his approval. In addition, the store kept my phone cover to my s9, kept the charger to the new phone, and put a liquid screen protector on wrong. When the store manager was approached, she said it wouldn't matter if the $1400 phone was financed or not it still would of been the same hit on his credit 🙄. $1600 later I have a phone with a messed up screen protector, no charger, and no case to pass my old phone on with. This is not how someone should conduct business. After talking to corporate i found out this store in fact is only an authorized dealer and has had MANY COMPLAINTS...

I have tried 3 times to go to Bennington Verizon and there is only 1 person behind the counter. I was there tonight with one person being waited on, and also another person waiting. After about 15 minutes I could tell that person t the counter wasn't going anywhere.i left did errands and when I came back that person was still at the counter. The other that was waiting also was gone. This was over the course of 45 minutes. You need to put more than one person on as transactions are not quick and can be very lengthy.
