Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Bennington

The old lady who's a manager who sticks around with her hands in her pockets and takes the phone off the ringers and no one can call and complain needs to be fired. She was working on Monday September 3st 2024 at 4:15 in the afternoon.

How you going to sit there and take 15 minutes to make two KFC famous bowls have your phone off the hook refuse to answer questions and still believe that you should hold a job here this place should just close The employees make the company look worse and it is not even worth the time for the company to put their product in Bennington when they get such bad employees who do not care about providing the services or the company needs to learn to pay their employees more money so they provide better services to the customers that buy their food.

The story goes I waited in line for 25 minutes to get a cravings box. There was two cars ahead of me when I pulled in. There was no cars in the parking lot when I pulled in. My wife and I sat in line for 25 minutes without moving for a cravings box. I husband then left the car to go inside the building to ask what their problem was and the first cars order came out and it happened to be only two KFC famous bowls. These people were in line at this location prior to us getting there 20 minutes before. I do not know how any KFC takes 20 minutes to make a famous KFC bowl. I really think there must be drug activity going on during work hours as they keep doors locked and refuse to speak to customers and keep phones off the hook. Taco Bell and its parent companies should really consider closing this location because employees cannot respect...

Food took forever which was understandable, new employees on thier second day in the kfc side I get that no problem at all I will be patient however, what I don't get is when the taco bell side had employees who where not new. They where about 6 to 8 orders ahead waiting for the rest of the orders to go out that people where waiting on to go out. They had all the orders "done" on the counter, this wouldn't be a problem if the orders where not now getting cold, gross, and I can only imagine how many where not even correct like ours was not even close to the customization my husband had paid the difference for, so he definitely wouldn't eat it, side note my husband really is not a picky eater by any means but when it comes to certain textures he just can't get past it. I have been in tough customer service positions on the employee side before so I am probably one of the most understanding and nice customers that you could have and even I was just appalled at it, instead of seeing how deep you can burry your co-worker at least do yourself and the store some hassle and make the food correctly, because mistakes can take lives in the food industry, also its going to save you the hassle and possible trouble/ annoyance of having to remake the food. Just take the time and put your all into your job, if you don't love it change it there are options out there......

JUST PAID $48.90 FOR COLD ASS LITERALLY SOGGY TACOS JUST DRENCHED IN WET LETTUCE! THEY COMPLETELY "FORGOT" OUR SIDES WE PAID FOR, what a shame. This is the WORST taco bell/kfc I've ever had the displeasure of paying an exorbitant amount of money for the worst food ever, the food was clearly cold upon opening the box only a minute away from leaving. Called management about the missing sides only to be promised an IOU fry?! Nope, never again will I ever touch kfc or taco bell. Thanks for the overpriced trash, the party pack of cold soggy tacos turned into even worse depression for us all, this fold was for a celebration of life funeral / wake! I'm so angry and I'm shocked theyre allowed to have zero heat and for some reason the AC was on?! It's almost December

Update Taco bell corporate refused to give full refund to us and sent us a coupon instead. I will NOT go to this taco bell, I ended up getting food poisoning from those tacos above ^ taco bell is garbage and so is the entire team at this taco bell/KFC. They don't take accountability for anything. Ripped coupon to shreds....
