I’ve gone here a handful of times with no issue. But my last trip, one of my four carts didn’t work at all. Even went out and bought a whole new battery. Tried it on three different batteries and they all threw an error message so clearly the cart is a dud. I called and spoke to the manager and explained the situation and told him I was planning on coming in tomorrow anyways, so if I could bring the defective cart back and show them for an exchange or refund. I was told they do not honor returns or exchanges on defective items. In 6+ years of purchasing carts from many dispensaries, I’ve never had a dud, so it’s a tad concerning I got one from this place and had only shopped here a handful of times, so I’d be weary of the quality of their items. 2 stars simply because they exist and the staff i dealt with were helpful, honest, and pleasant to work with. I've been in once and not in a hurry to go back. Stock is very limited, at least for concentrates and edibles, I don't use dry herb other than making butter, and I ain't buying bud from a dispensary for that. Granted, this has everything to do with availability for them to sell in the state and not specifically their "fault", but they chose to open this location.

What edibles they do have are way overpriced for what you're getting. I haven't been into the location in Adams for awhile but I was getting way higher quality at lower cost. I bought a couple of things simply to show some support and I don't think I ever actually got any kind of a "high". Have been going here for about half a year or so, always had great experiences here until today. The older woman working today around noon assumed I was outside loitering smoking my vape as I was organizing my pockets before I walked in. Instead of greeting me she chose to scold me as I walked in. I was definitely caught off guard as I’ve never had issues here before so I just apologized, but as a customer that comes every week and spends on average $200 I have to wonder how many customers like that a business can afford to lose. Coming to a dispensary I do not want to feel attacked by employees while I’m spending hard-earned money.
