Super Shoes — Local services in Bennington

Customer service was friendly no complaints there I had an issue with a pair of boots I exchanged it for a new pair with no issue. The only "issue" I have is that there is no open sign on the outside of the Bennington Vermont store on North Street. Especially when it's dark out the place looks like it's closed at 5pm, 6pm when they don't close until 8pm. That's because there's no open sign lit up in neon lights in the windows and the parking lot is pretty dark. I mean come on Super Shoes can't even afford an open flag. And some lights to light up their parking lot so customers don't get injured in their parking lot and also that way they can see their way to their store and that way they can make it safely back their car but I think the Bennington Vermont Super Shoes really needs to look at they're lighting for their parking lot and probably investing in...

Went to this store today to buy sneakers they had what I wanted and the price was marked 69.99 . At registration the came up to 89.99 told the cashier that they were marked 69.99. They checked the tag and I was told it was the wrong tag that the price was 89.99 . I told the cashier that they were on sale on there web site for 63.99 she informed me that they can’t do online prices . I left with out buying the shoes I call super shoes customer support Told her the problem I had in the Bennington super shoes the nice woman I talk to a customer support told me that they should’ve gave me the online price and didn’t understand why they couldn’t . I love this place!!!!, Took me less than ten minutes to find try in and buy a fantastic pair of New Balance. I had tried four times on Amazon spent a ton of money and time waisted just to have to return every single thing I bought. I walked into this store and was super happy to be treated by a wonderful employee who was just so nice she rocks!. Love this place I will never shop online for sneakers again!!!
