If you have a problem with the cameras or any security concerns with this target then please just file a police report as no part of customer service or even the managers are willing to help or be polite at all. In one instance I came in with 2 fifty dollar bills and the cashier only put in one 50 dollar bill while making me pay the difference. I didn't realize until I checked the receipt that I had been scammed. I talked to the manager the next day and they were rude and promised me a call or email back but I did not get anything. After waiting a while I also left a video review but got no response. It's not a good thing to go back on your word towards a customer. I had to come back a week later. A lady said she checked the cameras for me but there was no confirmation that this actually happened as she was the only one who talked to me on the camera day. I asked her why I didn't get a call back and she didn't have a valid reason. No one in any of these scenarios was polite at all. I ended up giving up but I was going through a financially hard time as I was injured and the fact that no employee was able to give me a good response politely with good confirmation was discouraging. I don't complain about this ever but I did feel as if I was being racially profiled as no one responded to me as they promised or even said anything polite such as a goodnight. Read moreThis review is specifically for the Target at Neshaminy in BensalemPA I ordered online for curbside pick up. They sent me a notice to come so I came. They asked me where I parked so I told them I parked in space 5. Sat on my car for over half an hour… no one showed up. Went into the store and stood in another line at the customer service desk and was told “ Yeah… It’s closed because of power issues“. I inquired as to why I was directed to sit outside and wait. “I don’t know” was the response. This is textbook poor management by the on duty store manager on Monday, June 23, 2025 between 8:18 PM and 8:55 PM. You should seriously look at this manager and properly coached them. There was a partial power outage, so the store had no air-conditioning and was running on partial power as was the Home Depot down the road. It has been this way in this area for days since the powerful storm hit last week. Read moreTarget used to be a refuge from the dump across the street ( Walmart) now its heading in the same direction. The store now allows solicitors from outside companies to roam freely in the store to harass customers, these sales reps are pushy and rude and respond with snarky remarks when you tell them you're not interested. I watched them chase no less than 4 customers from the electronics department and corner people in the baby food aisle. I have no idea why target allows this. If anyone from Target management is reading this , understand, anything I can buy at Target I could also have delivered to my door via Amazon in a day or two. The only reason people like me shop in store is for the overall experience and atmosphere, the experience is ruined when someone approaches me with a clipboard pitching my a " discount" .
