I called a bunch of places to see who could fix her Galaxy Fold3 and most places couldn't fix that type of phone or they were charging way too much. I called this place and the guy told me he could do a diagnostics test to see if the screen was the issue, because if it wasn't it would be a lot cheaper. When I got there, they happened to be selling the same exact phone brand new and he offered to swap the mainframes so it would be cheaper and so my sister wouldn't lose any of her data. Amazing skill & customer service! They fixed my water damaged phone in less than an hour! The staff truly went above and beyond and I’m so thankful! I dropped my phone in the ocean on a trip to the Bahamas. It was water damaged for 7 days just sitting in the hotel and I thought I lost everything. I came home & took it right to the Apple Store.
