I'd just like to recommend that your employees treat EVERY customer with a bit more respect. First & Foremost don't approach patrons entering the store with aggression saying your not going to be able to sell to them because you assume someone is under age. Do your job according to the law and ask for ID prior to selling. My husband is 50 and my daughter that you referred to as them/him because she was wearing a hat and work boots is 20. I understand the issues that you may face working with the public but don't just assume and treat people indecently. Also if a customer asks to purchase a charger, don't tell them to go to 5 below because there's is much cheaper over there. It's ridiculous to assume someone's status and generalize them. The goal for your store is to make money, not to alienate people. I will be requesting a formal apology for the workers behavior. Today is a wednesday, January 31st 2024.

I went into Wild Bill's today, and I was looking for some tobacco and a roller and tubes so that I could start rolling my own cigarettes to save some money.

I go on Wednesdays because there is a 25% discount on kratom, and I'm pretty sure some other things also.

Jesse, the manager, was SUPER helpful, and just friendly in general!!

I had a few questions, and he went over to the area with me and explained what the difference was in the different types of tubes. He also made sure that the roller I was getting would work with the types of tubes that I bought.

Anyways, I just wanted to leave a great review because the atmosphere was super nice and comforting.

Jesse literally made my day a bit better just by having such a good attitude and being so helpful.

Wild bills is my first option when it comes to my vaping needs. I often stop in and take a gander at their wide selection of vapes. Great deals! The last few times I’ve been in the shop I’ve been greeted by the clerk and assisted in a timely manner. I often take a few seconds to look around the shop at their other items they sell. Good variety of options to choose from. Wide selection of items in smoking needs and even accessories. Not to mention fairly priced glass. In all shapes and sizes. I’ve bought a couple pieces from wild bills over the years. Definitely worth the price! I could go on and on about the cool stuff I’ve found in the shop. But you should stop in and see for yourself.
