Michaels — Local services in Benton Charter Township

I will never return to this michaels! I will go to joann fabrics from 9/22/16 . I was not only himiliated but very comfused of the behavior of the evening manager (old black woman with glasses). The cashier didn't have change so this shift lead manager came to get my money and came back and said my money doesn't feel right in her hand! How rude and stupid of her. I asked them to check it with a pin or machine and she didn't. Fast food done small town style. Burgers present more as an actual sandwich then at the big chains. Fish sandwich is thick and flaky not compressed cardboard like others serve. Root beer is homemade and cheese curds are tasty. Ice cream is thick and can be purchased in bulk from a freezer in the near the condiment area. We go to michaels all the time and usually have great experience but tonight not do much. My niece was walking down an isle and slipped and feel we told them about it and the manager that was there was extremely rude and was rude the whole time we was filling out the paperwork.
