Save A Lot — Local services in Benton Charter Township

I've always got good customer sever,since I've been shopping @ save alot now over 20 years , just this past week I got poor customer services from the store manager . I purchased a jug of water and it burst while handling in parking lot , I tried getting it replaced and the store manager wasn't have it .She made me feel so humiliation in front on other customers keep telling me I need a recipe. Use to be decent prices for decent products, but lately Save A Lot seems more about increasing profit by offering 'less than quality' products. Prices have increased, and products have switched to poorer quality items. Would suggest comparison shopping, Walmart offer some name brand items for less than off...
