Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Benton Charter Township

I'm giving this place only two ✌️🏽 stars. I ordered the big box 📦 with wings and it DID NOT come with any dipping sauce. I asked for dipping sauce and was told, “ you have to pay for sauce”. I'm sorry what? I ordered wings and I have to pay extra for sauce? So, instead of trying to argue with the girl, I called corporate office and they did inform me I WAS supposed to get dipping sauce with my wings. The wings were undercooked and disgusting and I had to throw them out. I upgraded to cheese sticks and some of the sticks had cheese and others did not. The pizza itself was okay but nothing to get excited about. I'll stick with either Dominos or Papa John's from here on out. Thank you #PizzaHut for remaining me why I stop buying...

This is the third time ordering delivery from them and it will be the last time, every single time I've asked for a simple two topping pizza and it is never what I asked for every time and if you call to talk to there joke of a manager she just says sorry there's nothing I can do about it. Are you kidding me!?!? And this last time the order was complety wrong but after waiting 2 hours for it to get here I was willing to eat anything but there was no way I was gonna tip and the delivery driver thought it was acceptable to call me and tell me that I need to tip her and that she will just write it on the receipt. I placed an online order at the store for nearly $50. It was also requested to be a contactless delivery. The driver never dropped the order off, and never even came near my door as I have a ring doorbell and it was never set off even for motion. When we called the store they claimed first that our light was not on, which it was from the moment I put the order in then they tried to claim that the driver called me which he never did. After going through that they wanted to charge me just to deliver the order that the driver never attempted to deliver the first time again. Horrible customer service, I would highly recommend not to order delivery...
