Over my last five visits to this location, every single pizza order has been wrong. I’ve received pizzas with no extra cheese, pizzas that were mangled beyond recognition, incorrect toppings—and twice, including the most recent visit, pizzas with no sauce at all. Each time, I’ve had to drive 20 minutes back for a correction.
On Tuesday, I ordered a deep-dish Supreme with extra cheese. At the drive-thru, I spoke face-to-face with the supervisor and explained, calmly and clearly, that my previous four visits had ended with incorrect orders. She said she personally made this one, which gave me some reassurance. It looked right, felt properly weighted, and I headed home hopeful.
But when I took a bite—it was completely dry. No sauce. Again.
I put the pizza in the fridge. I couldn’t return it Wednesday because the supervisor wasn’t working that day, and I was told she’d be back Thursday. So I waited. On Thursday, I brought the pizza back and showed her in person. She tried to tell me the sauce had soaked into the crust—but when I lifted the cheese, it was plain as day: there was no red sauce at all. Just bare dough. I even have photos.
She remade the pizza, and I tasted it right there to make sure it was finally made correctly. Then, as I was leaving, she told me I was banned from the store.
Corporate has confirmed I did nothing wrong. I didn’t raise my voice. I didn’t cause a scene. I simply—and consistently—asked to receive what I paid for. Meanwhile, the parking lot is riddled with deep potholes, the owner is unreachable, and the staff shows no regard for quality or customer service.
Even the pizza that she remade, still has very light sauce. I'm not looking for extra sauce, I only want to get what it should have to make it fully taste like it should.
But apparently I might not be coming back there again if they don't allow me to show up. I didn't get a trespass or anything like that but she told me not to come back. She didn't tell me I was trespassed but I'm assuming that's...
Read moreWe have bought specifically the pretzel pizza this location a few times, and not a single one of them was it made correctly. Either the sauce was missing, or it was extremely under baked, or the crust was so paper thin it literally fell apart trying to pick it up. This time, it was the latter two.
We called and told them -clearly- we had tried to scrape up half of the pizza and throw in our oven to see if it was salvageable, so we only had an incomplete pizza at that point- the part we put in the oven literally melted into the pan entirely and ended up in the trash.
They seemed to have understood this on the phone, but when we got there with half a pizza an employee first accused us of "eating all of it" and then the manager said basically they can't do anything with "less than half of a pizza" (I want to reiterate, there were originally 8 slices and now there were 4. I feel like half, especially with what happened to the other half and the literal proof of it being inedible, should have been sufficient) and all but actually laughed at us. We re-explained the situation and it didn't matter. We don't exactly have money to waste and definitely can't waste what little food we do have. If they had been somewhat professional, I never would have left this review. But they sounded like they were looking for any reason at all not to help us as though losing half an under baked pretzel pizza is going to bankrupt the company.
It would also benefit this location if the employees brushed up on customer service and being respectful when turning away a customer, even if they can't replace anything that isn't basically untouched- that would still be somewhat understandable if they had told us that on the phone when we said some was missing or even had been more neutral about it in-person.
TLDR: They'll probably mess up your pizza and and not replace it if you try to...
Read moreThis has to be one of the worst Little Caesars in existence. The staff is beyond rude, disrespectful, and not one of the several crowding around the takeout window was wearing a mask. I ordered through the app with pickup in the lobby via the pizza portal. But, without posting anywhere, this lobby closes their lobby over an hour before closing. One worker even walked over, refusing to look at me, and turned on their drive-thru open light. So, now I must get in the horrific line and wait. When I finally get my meal for my children and their friends I was giving pizzas that were not part of my order and I was missing one. But since I had to wait much longer than expected, when I got home and realized I was missing a pizza the store was conveniently closed. Not that trying to call during business hours even really matters because their line is constantly busy since the management must just leave the phone off the hook to reduce the number of complaints that they would receive. I have called corporate office for Little Caesars and their franchise corporate office out of Detroit. I can't get through to anyone at the corporate level and the franchise corporate-level I was told my call might be dropped many times and it was consistently dropped making me wonder is this just their way of making an excuse to hang up on people to once again reduce the number of complaints they would have coming in. I would never recommend this restaurant, if you can call it that, to anyone. No one should go and spend their hard-earned money and be treated so horribly by the workers. At this point I don't want another pizza I want a refund, but I'm not quite sure how to get that since no one answers the phone, it's busy, or they just...
