KFC — Restaurant in Benton Charter Township

20 year professional Chef from Chicago. Old and don't like cooking or cleaning up once in a while. Saw a ad for their 3 chicken tenders and a waffle. Decided to try it!! Also got 3 more tenders, and a chicken breast. The chicken tenders are not, once again are not breast meat, but rib meat which I can't stand. I have cooked thousands of chickens. Fried, barbecued, baked, boiled, and steamed in a pressure cooker!! So I know the difference between rib or breast meat. Totally different taste, I can't stand rib meat, plus a different smell then breast meat. After eating the rib meat tenders it was time for the actual chicken breast I bought, Totally greasy, had rib meat attached, which I totally expected nothing new. What i didn't expect was rib bones literally stuck and cooked to the TOP of the breast. Lucky I saw them. How did they manage to do that?? Don't waste your money on the breaded fried potatoe balls. Food has been hit and missed the past few times we have been to this location.its either great or not fresh but Always asked to pull to a parking spot and wait no less than 15-20 mins after the order is placed every time we countnon it . Customer service and professionalism all depend's on who you get that day, and a majority of the staff are rude for no reason or show no care or concern for customers ! The ones that are on break sitting at the tables ha e no self-respect let alone respect or care for customers food ! Completly gave up eating at any fast food restaurant in this area due to how rude and unprofessional the staff is nowadays and if they are that rude in drivethru and inside what do you think happens to your food that is handled by them ? So I went through the drive through and ordered a 4 piece with 2 mashed and gravy and 2 biscuits it was a special for 10 dollars and then I paid with my debit card and she told me to pull forward and it would only be 3 minutes and that turned into 10 minutes and I kept seeing other people getting food and driving out then she comes out and tells me it's going to be another 10 minutes. AND THAT'S WHEN I LOST MY TEMPER AND TOLD HER THAT I WAS GOING TO HAVE THAT RESTAURANT CLOSED DOWN PERMANENTLY FOR DESCRIMINATION.
