Wonderland Vape Store — Local services in Benton

Bought a Youcan Evolve Plus XL pen. Did not work properly after opening the package. Took it back lady plugged it in said it was fully charged is why the white light didn’t come on to show it was ready to use. Been trying for 4 days to get it to work. Told the lady at the store it was defective and had not been used. Wouldn’t exchange to because for a split second the coil lit up but when got home it would not light up. Looked at package said to scrape off the silver thing on the back of the box to make sure it was a genuine product when I put in the code on the box it come up sorry this is not a genuine you can product do not use this store for they will not stand behind their products and their products might not even be the genuine thing also apparently it was supposed to have been checked to see if it worked before I even left the store and it was not. Still stuck with a pen that does not work. Poor...

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and attentive. They will ask questions and get u exactly what you're needing completely stress free. They're doing great! I personally wish they had better/larger of a selection for things like secret stash coke cans... I could be wrong but it seems like all I've seen in there is different types of sodas and Peace Tea ✌... I would like to see a bigger variety of stuff that could conceal and not be noticed if there were anyone that might be lookin for something u don't want them to know u have... Like during a traffic stop for example. That is a prime time I would like to have a variety of different ways to discreetly travel with my goodies...

I will never step foot back in this store. They are rude and uneducated about the products. My 20 yr old son came in. ( you only have to be 18 to enter and buy glass). They followed him and carded him, which is fine, but harassing your customers doesn't sit well with me. Then refused to sell to me. I'm a 40 year old licensed cannabis user, and I was treated like a criminal in this store. Which is probably why they never have business. I went to wonderland on Central in Hot springs and they were great and apologized for how I was treated and informed me that the general manager will be notified of the incident. Wonderland Hot springs is my go to place now! Very knowledgeable...
