Chris came the same day my laptop stopped turning on, explaining all possible problems and solutions, repaired and tested the power cord, charging port, and motherboard. Unfortunately, the problem was a fried motherboard.

While he could have easily pushed me to get unnecessary repairs, he was upfront about the situation, and even removed the hard drive for me. His pricing was more than fair.

I highly recommend C&C. Their professionalism, expertise, and honesty made a lousy situation a lot easier to handle. They truly set the standard for what a tech repair...

Chris Thompson is amazing. My aunt is 73 and was locked out of her computer for several months. I live in Colorado and couldn't help her so I contacted C&C on Mother's day. Chris set up an appointment for the follong day, Monday, and not only fixed her computer, but ran needed updates as well. To top it off... he messaged ME to let me know what he did. Chris didn't hesitate to go the extra mile in recovering my data from a broken laptop that I thought was gone. He was great at communication and I felt safe with him in my home.
