Fresh Donuts — Restaurant in Benton

Granted we went in after 10:00 AM on a Sunday morning but this experience was very disappointing. There was a very limited selection. No cinnamon donuts of any kind were available. No blueberry cake. No cinnamon twists or rolls, or bear claws. I ended up getting a buttermilk cake donut, two plain glazed, and donut holes. They didn’t heat them up or anything. Apparently the clerk didn’t know when the next batch would be out.

Wife got an egg, sausage biscuit that was so hot it burned her mouth.

The atmosphere was cold and it seemed that most business was focused on drive through.

Very disappointed. I’ve not had any donuts in a long time.

This is THE absolute best donut place in Benton and I have tried them all. I really do hope they stay as awesome as they are now. The donuts and breakfast sandwiches here are fresh and delicious! Hubby loves their bavarian long John's and apple fritters. I like simple cake donuts, and Fresh Donuts makes the best plain cake, no coating, donuts which are crisp on the outside and soft inside. Wish I lived closer, I'd visit several...
