Made a online order. Told to pull over and waited over 10 minutes in my vehicle. Then a young lady tossed a bag of food in my window and walked back in. I ordered wraps and a sandwich for my family , she tossed a sandwich in my window. I parked went inside and waited 15 minutes at the register for someone to come to me..... luckily a young lady walked in asking for her correct meal and I had it. So I did their job at Popeyes and gave it to her then stood at the register for another 10 minutes until someone yelled asking what was wrong with my order. I showed my online receipt and was given a bag. Got into my car and I was missing two items from my order. As I walked back inside two more people already got in line to have their order fixed. Yes I paid 30 plus dollars for me and my family after a long day at work but after standing/waiting for almost an hour I did not take the food and walked out. Manager there avoided all customers, female at drive through had hat and shirt hanging off her body, no acknowledgement for customers with wrong orders , and the reason I left the food I had is because the food I had while waiting was cold ! Read moreJust had the worst customer service experience ever! After a long drive from Ft. Worth, TX and being famished, I stopped in here to have a sit down meal of fried chicken. There was two other guys in the restaurant when I walked in. Went to restroom and came back out. The two gentlemen were seated But waiting on their food. I stood at the counter to order for more than 3 minutes and never received acknowledgment from the person working the front counter. The drive through employee had someone at the window and one waiting. As she walked by, she never acknowledged someone at the counter. She came back in and went straight to the drive through window and pulled out her cell phone. The front counter employee gave the food to the two gentlemen, immediately turned around and started talking to the male employee who had walked to the front. Not one time did she ever acknowledge she had another customer. I left and drove two doors down to Burger King where I was welcomed with a smile and service! Read moreI went to Popeyes to get a chicken strip dinner for two with two biscuits and two sides. I ordered a mashed potatoes and coleslaw for my side. He gave me two mashed potatoes and one coleslaw no problem. We change them out then I found I only had one biscuit so I had to turn back around and go get the other biscuits since it was a meal for two. Then I get home open the coleslaw to find it had a yellow tint and I wondered why.. I tasted it only to find that it had mustard in it. Which might be fine for someone who loves mustard, but I have never had coleslaw with mustard in it. I did not want coleslaw with mustard in it yet it had mustard in it. The chicken strips are very small with a whole lotta breading on it so they are very dry. I think they’ve been in there since this morning which is the manager told me that the coleslaw had been made that morning and it’s almost 7 o’clock at night. I will not go back to Popeyes.
