I really don't think I can say enough good things about this facility. I have used several storage facilities over the years and none of them has impressed me the way this one has. Every part of the process has been a breeze and they have been unbelievably accommodating. They even had some moving blankets they let me borrow because another customer had left them behind when they moved out. The staff at my last storage facility acted like I was crazy when I asked if I could leave my leftover bubble wrap since I didn't need it anymore and figured someone else could use it, so this was refreshing. Morningstar also offered me use of their moving van which was incredibly helpful since I only needed to move two pieces of furniture and was dreading having to rent a trailer for so little. Mary is so sweet and has been an absolute gem! Again, just can't say enough how impressed I am with this operation. Easiest five stars...

I just rented a storage unit from Morningstar Storage and I wanted to share my experience with you in case it will help you in YOUR search. The employees, Celia and Matthew, greet you and immediately set out to be as helpful as possible. Morningstar goes above and beyond by offering the use of a truck (provided you have a valid DL and full coverage insurance) for up to 4 hours! Celia explained their promotions and happily I got my first month of storage FREE as well as 24 hour gated access to storage and they offer insurance on the contents of the unit ($9 for $2,000 and $22 or $24 for $5,000). Celia and Matthew are genuinely friendly and very helpful. The price of the 10 x 10 unit was priced higher than the other storage facilities that I called ($129 I believe) but I was able to leave there with a whole lot more money than I expected. I definitely recommend...

Found this storage location after doing a lot of research in the area in preparation for a move. I have to say that I couldn't be happier with the location, pricing, and staff. I primarily interacted with Mrs. Celia, the store manager, and on brief occasions Matthew. Both were a pleasure to work with. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient with the millions of questions I had before the relocation, while using the unit, and during the move out. My unit was very clean, felt secure, and is centrally located in Bentonville so very easy access for most. While I may not need a storage unit any longer at this point, if I ever do again in the future, I will happily use Morningstar's services again. Can't recommend them enough.
