Las Fajitas — Restaurant in Bentonville

The worst Mexican food I have ever had in my life. I ordered the lunch special number two. It came with one crunchy taco, and Chile relleno and with the option of an avocado salad or beans like what kind of combination is that it’s giving diarrhea honestly. The Horchata is not made from scratch. It’s actually powdered Horchata and I understand that maybe the Caucasian folks like it but let me tell you something. This is not even Mexican food. I don’t know what this is. The chips were stall. The salsa had no flavor I had to add for a spicy salsa that tasted like it was like through three days old. I asked the waitress for a different batch of chips and she said that’s all we have. You’re gonna get the same thing anyways, so I was like OK never mind I understand this place is still in business because people who don’t know about real Mexican food think this is Mexican food but this is a disgrace. The Chile Reno is not supposed to come with whatever sauce it’s top with like what the hell was that I couldn’t even distinguish if it was a chili sauce or if it was a red sauce or if it was a tomato sauce just pure garbage And I’m not being hateful. We ate there a while ago and my boyfriend got FOOD POISONING from the chicken fajitas. He took two or three bites and noticed it tasted really funny and stopped eating it. 15 minutes in and he had to throw up multiple times in their bathroom.

When i told the server she giggled at me… I don’t know if that was because she didn’t understand me or because she didn’t take me serious.

We didn’t touch the food after a couple bites and wanted to leave. They wanted to charge us full price which was ridiculous ( my boyfriend was literally throwing up while they were charging me. ) But at that point we just wanted to get out of there because of how bad he was feeling. So I went ahead and tried to pay… WELL. My card didn’t work. None of them. When my boyfriend came back we tried his card and the same thing happened. They treated us SO badly acting like we don’t have any money and we’re lying about it. Well fun fact, our bank reached out to us 10 minutes later saying they were reported for fraud multiple times so they didn’t let the payment go through. I ended up giving them whatever was in my wallet and left.

Worst restaurant experience...

Its been a very long time since I came to Las Fajitas. Six of us were dining. Two of us had to send our plates back and order something else. I have never seen a Chile Rellenos that was so very bad. It should be a flavorful meal with each bite. Instead oil was seeping out of it and the deep fried batter around it was soggy and tough - flavored of oil with a jazzed up brown gravy over it. The waiter with some noticeable minor annoyance took the new orders. We were beyond apologetic for not being able to consume what we had been served. The truth couldn't be denied though. The food that had been prepared was horrible. Sadly, it did nothing to boost my thoughts on the restaurant after having been away from it for 9 years - which was after orders were taken wrong, the waiter had been more interested in the game on the TV than his customers and after three attempts to get our orders right, failed miserably.
