I recently visited One Eyed Jacks Fine Tobacco Lounge and had a mixed experience that I think is important to share. The gentleman in the humidor was very welcoming and helpful, making part of my visit quite pleasant. Unfortunately, my experience with the service at the bar was the opposite. Despite the lounge not being overly busy, the bartender seemed reluctant to serve me. After placing my order, I noticed a distinct lack of attention compared to other guests; she diligently attended to every table but mine, without checking if I needed anything else.

As an African American, I couldn't help but feel this differential treatment was based on my race, especially after reading some previous reviews hinting at a similar sentiment. I contemplated addressing this directly with the staff to understand their perspective, but ultimately decided against it to avoid escalation.

Had an amazing time at this cigar lounge! I came with 7 of my friends and we all had a blast. The atmosphere is top-tier — low lighting, relaxed vibe, and just the right kind of music playing in the background to set the mood without overpowering conversation. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to settle in and stay for hours.

The couches were incredibly comfortable, like sink-in-and-don’t-get-up comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. It felt more like being in a high-end living room than a typical lounge.

Now, I’ll be honest — the drinks were on the pricey side. But the cigar selection absolutely made up for it. Top-quality sticks, well-kept, and you could tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to their humidor. Every one of us found something we liked, and the cigars smoked perfectly.

Went on a Saturday afternoon, roughly 6:30pm, to find a place with two patrons and not a lot else going on. Waited for a bit to get our drinks, $12 drinks mind you, which were not really what I would consider to be worth that expense. Had the same drink at another rplace for half the price later and enjoyed so much more. This place has a good concept that could work, but if Saturday afternoon is any example of normal there, they need to go back to the drawing board. Cheaper drinks and something for entertainment other than TVs might be see places to start.
