Painting with a Twist — Attraction in Bentonville

Update 2/14/24- My fiance and I attended a Valentines couple class, and it was so much fun. The instructor was great, and the other staff were super helpful. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place. I just did my fourth class with them, and I always have a great experience. There instructors are all so sweet and patient. The environment is friendly and warm. Classmates feel comfortable to mingle and interact, despite being strangers. One of the instructors could tell I was disappointed that my painting didn't look like the rest of the class's, and she took the time to tell me that I have a unique style, and that that's not a bad thing. I left feeling good. My only not so perfect thought is that I didn't like that an instructor painted a little part of my piece. I had to go over it and fix it, and I didn't love how that spot turned out. Other than that,...

My wife and son attended the painting session. There were others also joined this session. There were couple of folks there from painting with a twist to help in painting. One of them was helpful but the one who was mainly responsible for that session did not help us. We felt that we were not helped at all compare to others in the room. We are not sure if it had to do with our skin color but we did not enjoy at all. We have heard similar experience with someone else as well. They need to treat customers fairly and be helpful to all kind of customers in the room. Sorry to have strong review but we felt this couple of times. I had a great time. I enjoy painting but am not very good at it. The staff was great. Friendly, helpful, encouraging. I really didn't care for my painting but the staff kept letting me know what was good about it and I could hear them giving others suggestions. When I finished and walked out I really like my painting knowing no painting is perfect. The only suggestion I would have is, while I enjoyed the music they had playing, there were times when it was difficult to hear the instructor. Overall, I would highly recommend this to everyone.
