We've been regulars since you 1st opened, buying all kinds of different flowers for all kinds of occasions & we've NEVER been disappointed w/the flowers or customer service, until this past week. A week in a 1/2 before Valentine's Day my husband went into the store to order a dozen yellow roses. Since you only do certain arrangements during Valentines that you allow for pickup, not only did he have to pay extra for these yellow roses in the 1st place but he also had to choose your $12 delivery since you also don't allow pickup of special orders during Valentine's week. After only 2 days a couple of the roses were bent over & 1 had crumbled apart so he called in & spoke w/a very sweet young lady who was very apologetic & advised him to bring them in & they'd fix it. The next morning we brought them in & immediately were brushed off by the owner saying, "these flowers were actually just fine & that every color is different." Instead of just replacing the bad roses you replaced the entire dozen, some looking worse then the ones we brought in. When asked about reimbursing that $12 delivery fee the owner said no because "he didn't feel comfortable reimbursing for a service they actually completed" (even tho 1-it wasn't even Flowerama themselves that made the delivery & 2- we had to bring them in for replacement). For over 13yrs my husband has bought all kinds of roses, specifically yellow, from several different florist in the area (including here) & we've never had any that just literally fell apart w/in 5 days like these. Read moreI've never written a review before but this one definitely takes the cake. I have been to both the Springdale and the Bentonville location and was met with the worst costumer service. I talked to 3 different people from both locations and was givin a different answer of what to do and who to contact. I put in a wedding Consultation online for Springdale and never got a response. Had to finally go in person to set a day and time. I later canceled to do it at the bentonville because it was closer. I called to make an appointment and was told to send an email. Never got a response... AGAIN. I called again to see if they had gotten my email and to set up a time for a consultation. I was then told I don't need to do a wedding designer because I was only ordering 1 bouquet and 1 boutonnier for my wedding. She told me I can wait up to 2 weeks before my wedding to place my order. I decided to go in person that same day so it wasn't last minute. Came in, stood at the counter for a bit before we were even helped. Was then told that I HAVE to talk to a designer. So I asked if I could please schedule with one. Was told "no" I can only schedule with the designer in person and they are only available till 1pm monday-friday. Said, I can't come in at those times I work past 1 everyday. Was then told they don't know what else to say and that I should go find somewhere else. Read moreI bit overdue but it’s an important story: these people are awesome. I’m a patron here regularly anyways due to great location and arrangements. Fold here always help me out as sometimes it’s hard to get everything to my car. Just an all-around good business. I come in for Valentine’s Day, grab a setup for the daughter and the biggest bundle of miscellaneous flowers I can find, for my wife. That’s her thing. Fast forward 2-3 days, the metal farmhouse vase failed, drained all the water out. Wife calls the shop, says she’s going to reorganize the flowers to new vases (I usually buy her bundles of unarranged wild flowers and she organizes them) and seriously no big deal, just wanted to make sure the shop was aware to check the vases they still had. Leaks like this could mess up folks furniture, etc. Seriously no hostility or Karen-behavior. Just wanted to do the right thing. Lady on the phone, who I believe she was the owner, sends my wife an appreciation gift that’s stellar. Even delivered it. And it was big time gifting I have to say.
