I never leave reviews, but my recent experiences were so disappointing that I felt it must be brought to light so that the issues may be properly addressed. It appears there are several others who have had similar experiences. Hopefully whoever that can make the proper changes will take serious note of these issues. My friends/family and I use to come to this place almost religiously years ago. In my opinion, BWW has some of the best wings and sauces. This place use to be vibrant, full of customers and joy. My friends/family and I have many wonderful experiences and memories in this very establishment. Not sure what has happened but in recent years, its dwindled to nothing but disappointment with every visit. Now when you visit, the restaurant is pretty much a ghost town filled with empty tables and poor service. In my recent visits, it takes 10-15+ mins just to be seated when the place is pretty much empty. Takes another 10-15+ mins to have your order taken, and literally at least an hour, usually more, to receive your food, again when the place is pretty much empty. Half of the time, the food is either cold, undercooked, or overcooked and dry. Waitresses a lot of times do not come to check on your table and I have gone and refilled my drink on my own several times or walked to the bar and ordered beverages directly from there rather than wait on a waitress. During my most recent visit, on 12/04/2022 at about 3pm, I walked in with a party of 4, myself and 3 children. There were two groups waiting at the entrance, a group of 4 (2 adults + 2 children), and a group of 3 (2 adults + 1 child). We stood with the groups for about 15 mins while several waitresses walked by several times never acknowledging us. Sadly, this has become a norm here so we just stood there waiting to be seated or for acknowledgement. The place was pretty bare. I counted 5 tables in the entire establishment seating customers, and some customers at the bar. After about 15 mins, a group walked in behind us, (2 adults), and stood at the entrance with us. After about 5 mins, a waitress came and asked the most recent group how many they had in their party. The group replied 2. The waitress took them to be seated. I was confused and voiced why the group was being seated before the 3 that had been waiting for at least 20 mins. I gave the benefit of the doubt that perhaps they could seat parties of 2 or less sooner (even though the restaurant was pretty empty), or maybe they had reservations, or perhaps there was some good reason they were being seated over earlier groups. The waitress ignored my inquiry. I voiced out louder trying to see what was going on but again was ignored. A couple mins later, a group of 4 walked in behind us (2 adults + 2 children) and stood with us. There was a total of 4 groups standing bunched up at the entrance (15 people). After about 25 mins from initially entering the restaurant, a waitress walked by and someone from a group ahead of us waived down a waitress and asked what's going on, why no one was being seated. The waitress did not seem like she wanted to communicate with the customer but replied seemingly in an uncertain manner that there was a 15 mins wait before one of the groups may be seated, almost as if she was questioning her own self before quickly walking away as if to avoid further interactions with customers. At this point, it had been at least 25 mins of waiting at the door with no interaction from the staff and having customers who came in after us being seated before us, that I decided to leave. I took a photo of the restaurant's dining area and left (photo attached). There were several similar restaurant options nearby, (Big Whisky, Foghorn, Boars Nest, Beef'O Brady's, etc.) and we just went to a different restaurant. It is very disappointing because my family and I have enjoyed BWW for years, however with recent experiences, we will no longer be visiting this particular establishment. I hope dearly that BWW will be able to restore this establishment to the vibrant business it once was years ago.

***So update to review: the owner responded to me below to go to site below and they will make it right. I did this.. So far no calls or anything to make anything right. Same as manager saying they would call me the next day. No calls. No email. Now a week later.. Looking unlikely. *** Original review- I don’t usually give bad reviews. And I usually like Buffalo wild wings. But everyone must hesitate if you order from this place for carry out or delivery. I ordered 10 medium hot wings, and the platter of fries. I paid in advance, and I even gave a tip in advance. I received about 25 tiny old dry fries when I got home inside the little package. And then I received nine dry wings with one drop of sauce on one of the wings. And when I say dry wings, I mean dry wings. And isn’t it supposed to be 10 wings? With medium buffalo sauce shouldn’t it be covered in it? Not a tasty situation! I called the manager and he acts like it’s gonna be a huge process in order to get a refund or to do anything to fix this problem. TBH it was really the managers pompous way of speaking on the phone that caused me to even write this review on 6/14/2024 evening. The manager tells me he has to get with his district manager in order to see if they can do anything about it. What a process to please customers.

When I suggested that we try Buffalo Wild Wings again, I was told by my wife that she didn’t want to wait an hour to get her food. I said that the parking lot is nearly empty and surely it won’t be that long! Once again, she was right. We waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. We were walked by, by 6 different employees and were never even glanced at. After finally getting a table, I counted 9 tables that were completely covered with the plates from previous customers. All of which were still left a mess by the time we were done. We were able to place our food order 17 minutes after sitting down. 1 hour and 15 minutes passed before our food made it to the table. The food was good, but it never tastes great after being frustrated with the service time. I sure don’t like when I’m wrong and she is right.

So every once in a while I order wings online to eat at home from this location, and most times it's done before I can even get there in the 10-15 minute window they give me for pickup. I had a long day this past Tuesday. I sat in the library at school finishing hours of homework, and by the end of it I was too worn out to bother cooking. It was BOGO traditional wings so I decided, why not? I ordered a large order for my boyfriend and I to eat at home, shortly before 7pm (about 6:40). It gave me a pickup for 7:10. They were busy probably so I wasn't worried about it. I waited around a little bit before I left, got there about 7:20, they weren't done yet. I'd been in before when they had been backed up, but upon my arrival to when I left, the wait was another hour. This doesn't include the aforementioned prep time I was given. I watched multiple people coming in and out for To-Go orders and cancelling or sometimes complaining. They couldn't give an accurate time frame on anyone's orders and just asked for everyone to please be patient. It was busy to the point they were no longer taking takeout orders. I was there long enough that I overheard the manager telling a customer they were down two fryers. I know B-Dubs went through a renovation inside recently, but it sounds as if none of the equipment was changed out either. By the time I got my order, a woman came out with it and handed me a card for $15 off next visit, informed me the kitchen fryers just weren't working as well as they should, and the issue had been brought up to corporate enough times that had been ignored. I work in a restaurant, I have since I was 19, and I was not at all upset with them or their service. I was tired and hungry, but I understood the immense pressure they were under, and if corporate cannot approve their request for new equipment, then should they really be in charge of a restaurant chain? They will lose their customer base before the problem is actually addressed, and for the amount of business they do, it would be an unwise move not to right away. I give huge props to the employees there, and I'm very sorry they had to deal with those working conditions and were unable to do anything about it. Thank you so much for still getting my wings to me, they were really...

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I Dont even know where to start. First off, me and my family went in. After we were sat, we did get our drink orders taken. However, it took over 15 minutes for us to get those drinks. In this time our server "Tyson" had not checked on our table once. After finally getting our drinks, we were ready to order our food. However, he started to take the order of someone else that was sat after us. My dad had went up to the bar to ask for a manager. The lady at the bar was focused on counting money, and told him to give her a sec. Right after that, a manager(Shirley) did come up to a table, probably after sitting there for a good 45 minutes. Order was taken(Just an appetizer,a chicken caesar salad, and a few orders of wings, and a kids grilled cheese). Not that big of an order, and she said it would be out soon. We waited another good 30 minutes. Food was still not out, and our server "Tyson" had still not been back to check on us. This is when the table that had got there after us, got their entire meal. At this point we were all pissed and ready to leave. We all walked up to the register, and just wanted our check. We did get cashed out, and considering we only ordered 5 drinks, and that's all we paid for. My dad spent over $48. Totally not worth it. He had said to me that out of his 58 years of living, it was the worst service of his life, and I completely agree.

Side note: Resturant was not busy. Was really dead, and everyone else in the resturant only had drinks on their table. Me and my mom are in the service industry, and we know what's to be expected. Bathrooms also smelled like urine, and in the womens bathroom there was black mold on the counter where the mirror is. The staff there had no idea what they were doing. Even the manager look like she didn't know how to even take orders. Horrible experience, and if you want actual service from this resturant, I would not recommend this place AT ALL. I would definetely give it 0 stars if I could. I would even go as far to go negative. Please if you are wanting to go out to eat DO...
