Planet Fitness — Local services in Bentonville

I would and I have rated this gym 4-5 stars, but recently they have been slacking. This morning (2-2-23) around 9AM the place was a disaster as far as cleanliness. The restroom/locker room was in terrible shape, no toilet paper, counters were disgusting and toilet paper & water all over the floor. What really bothered me was that there was vomit in one the sinks, instead of cleaning it up they put an out of order sign on that sink, the smell was horrific! I mentioned something to on of the employees about the vomit and no toilet paper, later on before I left I washed my hands and the vomit was still there, the floors were still a mess, BUT they did stock the toilet paper! There was one employee cleaning machines, 2 other employees walking together cleaning machines (mostly just talking), one other walking around on the floor and one behind the counter. You would think they would at least be checking the restrooms and dispensers, 3 of the towel dispensers were empty and the hand sanitizer dispenser didn't work. I also agree with one of the other reviews, the cardio equipment is much to close together. If you and the person next to you are holding the handles you will be touching hands, there is no reason to have them that close together, there is room to spread them out a couple...

GUEST SERVICE FITNESS IS Alive and Well @ Planet Fitness, Bentonville Arkansas

I travel a lot for business, and it takes a lot to really impress me these days. Service and sanitation seems to be a thing from the past. I have to tell you about my experience and Planet Fitness Bentonville Arkansas. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of this location and the organization and the floor plan layout. Every machine was represented and there was not one broken piece of equipment in the building, but the highlight of my visit, was the Greet that I got from the front desk agent Lexie she was so welcoming and so informative and so funny and so exciting, please don't change a thing with her, she was amazing.

I am from Palm Beach, Florida I am here for my sister's wedding and I was so impressed with my visit today. I look forward to coming back tomorrow, so I can feel even better for the wedding. Seriously,......

I have finally found everything I’ve been looking for in a Fitness Center! I am so out of shape and embarrassed to be in workout clothes that I had just given up on going in public and spending money on a health club I never use. I saw the Planet Fitness no judgment commercials and feeling like the “puff baby lady” I was definitely interested! I visited the Bentonville Planet Fitness location and met Ashley. Ashley was very confident and informative, but not pushy at all!! I loved her easy-going approach because it let me soak in what I needed to hear without putting that “sales pressure” on me that runs me off. I’ve told everyone that will listen to go see Ashley and find out all the great massaging, beauty enhancing, fat burning glory that awaits at Planet Fitness. For the first time in my life, I look forward to working out! Thanks...
