I'm used to paying out the nose for really good food-truck food. I was pleasantly surprised that this place's prices were much less expensive than what I'm used to paying. In addition, the food was excellent. It was, what I figured, typical hibachi fare; some fried rice, hibachi plates, sushi, fries appetizers, etc. The food was cooked and seasoned very well and the oil was light, which I appreciated.
We had the bang-bang shrimp, a hibachi shrimp plate and a hibachi vegetable plate. They were all excellent. The veggies tasted very fresh and the shrimp were perfect. The breading on the bang-bang shrimp was light and crispy instead of being overly breaded and mushy.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hibachi truck if they don't mind...

I had ordered four platters of food big enough to feed 10 adults. When I got the food, only one of the trays was actually big which were the noodles. The meat plates were however small but I had hoped they’d be filled to the brim with food which is why I didn’t say anything when I had gotten the food. When I arrived to the party we all realized that they were in fact pretty empty. The food was halfway and definitely not enough to feed everyone. We had to quickly call up another restaurant to get more food. If you’re going to be charging $15 per person at least make sure that it’s going to be enough...
